Neighborhood Tours Include:

• Tour a minimum of 5 Asheville Neighborhoods over the course of 3 hours

• A brief historical accounting of each neighborhood

• A Drive-by of homes currently listed for sale in the neighborhood (with option to tour)

• Orientation of neighborhood highlights (Libraries, Parks, Schools, Eateries)

Tour Pricing:

• 3 hour tour for up to 6 passengers = $300

• This fee shall be credited toward any compensation due to our firm at closing should a passenger elect to have Wander Wagon Tours & Realty represent them as a buyer’s agent.
